ABOUT NATHAN

For over a decade, I have been travelling our beautiful planet, engrossing myself in local cultures, living amongst unique characters, sampling their many delicacies, and existing in some of the most picturesque locations our world has on offer.

In order to document these many memories, I opted to keep a visual journal, through photography. This is where my passion began.

With a background in the Art's and after completing a BA Honours degree in Animation, Photography was a natural transition. A transition, which accompanied with my Customer Service expertise led me in the direction of Wedding Photography.    

​

Now that my feet are firmly on our beloved Welsh soil, I am utilising my passion for your benefit. 


Specialising in a natural documentary style of photography, it is imperative that I capture the emotion and moments of my subjects, whether its at a Wedding or on the road, travelling.  This website is intended as evidence of my passion, and I am available for many different types of Photography shoots. I am available for all major occasions and events that you yourself may need as your 'Visual Journal'.  'Nathan Roberts Photography' (formerly 'NR Imagery') is based in North Wales and the Cheshire area, but, I am available worldwide for all types of photography - Weddings, Events, Commercial, Corporate and many more.

We hired Nathan for our wedding day at Soughton Hall in February. We cannot recommend him enough. His photographs were absolutely fantastic, we are so pleased with them as he captures everything so naturally.
He was also absolutely brilliant on the day - introducing himself to guests, having a laugh with everyone and subtly capturing natural photos. We had lots of guests tell us how wonderful the photographer was before they even saw the photographs.

Nathan has been an amazing photographer for our wedding in July this year! His pictures are absolutely stunning, really vibrant, but natural at the same time. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better photographer than Nathan for our wedding day. From the very beginning, Nathan made us feel like we were his highest priority. On the day he made us feel completely at ease – which is no small thing when you’re not used to being in front of a camera! He blended in so naturally with our guests that it felt like he was part of the celebration, capturing so many genuine, beautiful moments without ever feeling intrusive.

The photos themselves are beyond what we imagined – every single one tells the story of our day perfectly, from the big moments to the little details we didn’t even realise he’d caught. On top of all that, Nathan turned everything around so quickly!!

Nathan truly helped make our day so special, and we’ll treasure these photographs forever.
