Oriel House, St Asaph - Bethany & Ricardo's Wedding
On a bitterly cold day in March, I had the honour of capturing the wedding of the wonderful Bethany & Ricardo, at a very local venue to 'NR Imagery HQ', The Oriel Hotel.
I joined up with Bethany and her bridesmaids whilst they relaxed in the bridal suite after a mornings make-up and hair. It was such a chilled out vibe.
Ricardo and his family from the Canary Islands joined - I'm sure they felt the cold a little more than we British folk! The beauty of today's event was the fact that Ricardo, nor his Gran Canarian and Fuerteventuran guests, had ever experienced snow before.
Let the ceremony commence, with the tradition of Ricardo being walked down the aisle by his mother, before Bethany, following in British tradition, with her Dad.
Then the emotions......
The grounds at Oriel Hotel have some grand Oak Trees and an extremely quaint Japanese Gardens........ cue the Snowfall!!!
At the Mighty Oaks first.......
then, the Japanese Gardens.
Then, some reaction from the speeches (this is one of my favourite parts of the day).
The Evening commences and the party is in full swing!! Check out these moves!!! An end to a glorious day of smiles, pride, laughter and the occasional tears.
Congratulations to you Bethany & Ricardo!!!
